Refund Policy

How credit packs, failed renders, and refunds work on RemixMeme (remixmeme.com).

Automatic credit returns

If a render fails — an error, a safety-filter refusal, a timeout, or a finished video withheld by our safety check — the credits it used are returned automatically. You do not need to contact us. A render that completes successfully but that you don't like is not a failed render.

Credit packs

RemixMeme sells one-time credit packs. Credits are used when you generate a video. Pack credits do not expire unless a pack page says otherwise.

Refund requests

• Unused packs: request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from the pack.
• Partially used packs: within the same 7 days, unused credits may be refunded at that pack's per-credit price. Used credits are not refundable.
• After 7 days, or for credits already used to render a video, purchases are final.
• Billing errors / duplicates: open Settings → Support tickets within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

How to request

Open a support ticket from Settings → Support tickets and include your order number (Settings → Payments). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you file a chargeback. We can usually fix the problem faster. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing charges for credits you used) may lead to account suspension.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
