Photo requirements for AI Grandma Parkour

The whole body or at least from the waist up, standing, in good light, the face clear and looking at the camera.
Their own clothes stay. A cardigan, a long skirt, a headscarf or a tracksuit from the photo stays in the video, and they get sneakers for the run.
One person per photo, no sunglasses, no hat that hides the face.
Ask before you use someone's photo, and only use photos of adults. Never a celebrity, a stranger or a child.

Troubleshooting AI Grandma Parkour

--- — ---
The face is hard to see in the parkour dives — The dives are fast and face-down. The prompt shows the face large at the start and at the end. Use a close, sharp photo and run it again.
The person looks younger than in the photo — The prompt keeps the age from the photo. A photo in soft light with the face clearly visible keeps it best.
A stumble or an odd landing — The prompt bans falls, but some runs get a vault wrong. Run it again.
