How it works

  1. 1

    Open the generator

Go to /generator (or use a template CTA). Sign in if you want history; guests can still checkout.

  2. 2

    Choose scene or idea

Night selfie and Paris are the two hero scenes. Or describe any idea in the prompt box.

  3. 3

    Upload, consent, pay

Confirm 18+ rights, subscribe ($4.99 for the first week, then $12.99/week · cancel anytime), wait a few minutes, download the MP4.

  4. 4

    Share responsibly

Label AI / fan edits when needed. Do not impersonate real people without consent.

Before you start

You need one clear adult face photo and a card for Stripe checkout. Subscription credits unlock renders; 500 credits ≈ one Ready for TikTok/Reels short. Cancel anytime.

Read the short Who is Jean Phil? guide if you want character context and the independent-fan disclaimer.

Pick the right entry point

New to the trend? Start with Jean Phil Face Swap for the overview, or Photo to Video if you searched for a still→MP4 pipeline.

Already know the scene? Open Night Selfie Pink Suit or Paris Street Shadowbox and jump straight into the generator with that template.

Quality tips

Avoid group shots where faces are tiny. Soft daylight or even phone flash beats heavy beauty filters. If a render fails a beat, credits return automatically — retry with a cleaner photo.
