What is the Billie Jean Dance AI trend, and where did it start?

"Billie Jean" is Michael Jackson's 1983 hit from *Thriller*. On 25 March 1983 he sang it at the *Motown 25* TV special in a black sequined jacket, black trousers, white socks, loafers and one white glove, with a fedora, and did the moonwalk in public for the first time.
