What this template does

The Yamal rabona trend puts you, or your grandma, into Lamine Yamal's fake rabona: on the goal line of a floodlit match you swing one leg behind the other as if to cross, never kic

What is the Yamal Rabona AI trend, and where did it start?

On 13 October 2026 Barcelona won 4-1 at Galatasaray in the Champions League. In the 53rd minute Lamine Yamal ran to the byline, crossed his left leg behind his right as if to hit a rabona, never kicked, dragged the ball back past the defender and set up Anthony Gordon's goal.

Photo requirements for Yamal Rabona AI

• Full body, standing, feet in view. The move is all legs, so the AI needs to see your shoes and how you stand.
• Face clear and well lit. Most of the clip is filmed from a high TV camera, where the face is small; the close-up at the end is where your friends will recognize you, so use a sharp, front-facing ph…
• Wear what you want to play in. The AI keeps your clothes: a cardigan and a skirt, a suit or pajamas are funnier on the goal line than a football kit.
• One person, or one pet, per photo. In a group photo the AI can pick the wrong one.
• Never a footballer, a celebrity, a stranger or a child.

Troubleshooting Yamal Rabona AI

• What goes wrong — What to do
• --- — ---
• You really kick the ball — A fake is hard for video models. Run it again; each run is a new take
• The legs cross oddly, or a third leg shows for a moment — Common in fast leg moves. Run it again; a full-body photo with both feet in view helps
